Aisc, with mass transit along this area for <br />the future. I hope this will be serviced by a frontage road. <br /> <br />WHAT I DO NOT LIKE is the arbitrary method used to pick the 4/40 area. <br />This only penalizes a very few people severely. It will result in the <br />value of my land dropping by millions of dollars just to benefit the <br />other residents of Ramsey. If that is the desire of the residents, <br />then let them pay for that difference.
