This part/calm: parcel h part of the Rum River Hills P.UX). and the development <br />agreement specifies that it may be developed with commercial uses and the mx rate is based on a <br />commercial zon/ng. This appears to be an oversi~t in the preparation of the Future Land Use map and I <br />respectfully request that tlais property be changed to Places to Shop on the map.
