July 6, 2001 <br /> <br />City of Ramsey <br />Planning Commission <br /> <br />Dear Planning Commission Members: <br /> <br />This request for land use change is being made by myself, Greg Becker, 15430 <br />Nowthen Blvd N.W., in regards to property located Within the boundaries of <br />County Road 5, Sunfish Blvd and 153rd Avenue. The property owned by myself, <br />Lee Stahl, and David King is approximately 30 of the 36 acres available for <br />development. Th~ project in mind for this land would consist of patio style <br />townhouses requiring a medium density status.
