We offer the following comments: <br /> <br />General: You are proposing to develop the Kurak property that is located south of Sunwood <br />Drive between Potassium St. and I45u' Lane. The property is .currently used for agricultural <br />purposes. The submit-ted preliminary plat shows a. total of 1 t 5 housing units on 29 07.acres. <br />Of these 115 units, 79 are .proposed to be single, family lots and 36 will be. association <br />maintained cottages. <br /> <br />2. Zoning: The property is currently zoned R-1 Residential and is. located in the Metropolitan <br /> Urban Service Area. '~- <br /> <br />Planiii/d ·Unit Development (PUD): You are'proposing that the subdi-~i'sion-'be rezoned to a <br />Planned. Unit Development (PUD) due To the desire to create a Unique neighborhood.
