On the few recent occasions of inclement weather, the
Commission conducted'the regular.meeting at 6:30 p.m. at Fire Station//2. The purpose of this.
case is to confirm the Commission's desire for outdoor meetings in 2003 and, if so~ what the
locations will be.

Observations:

Last year when the COmmission addressed the annualized agenda matter, the consensus was that
City Council members would be invited to tour the City Park's with the .Park and Recreation
Committee during the month of June at Central Park. Having a joint City Council and Park. and
Recreation meeting will allow an opportunity to review the 5-Year Capital Improvement
Program. With that in mind, Central Park is shown for this month.

May:
June: Central Park
July:
August:
Sept:
Oct: tentative

After the Commission decides where (or if) the meetings will be held, their locations will be
published in. the Ramsey Resident newsletter.

Commission Action:

Determine if outdoor meetings will be held in 2003 and, if so, their locations.

-And

Motion to invite and schedule a joint City Council meeting and tour during the month of June on
., at P.M.

Reviewed by:
Director of Public Works

P & R:. 03/13/03

'15-
