CASE #1 <br /> <br />RECOMMEND PARK DEDICATION FOR TIGER MEADOWS <br /> By: Mark Boos, Parks/Utilities Supervisor <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Tiger Meadows sketch plan is proposing to plat 12-single family 2.5 acre parcels on the <br />property located east of Tiger Street and north of Armstrong Blvd. The attached <br />Planning Commission case includes the site locatiOn map and proposed sketch plan. <br /> <br />Primary discussions between the developer and the City have been regarding the need to <br />provide for a secondary access to the plat and provide a' second access to the existing <br />Autumn Meadows addition, the single family residential development located to the east <br />of the proposed plat. A few options are discussed in the attached ?lanning Commission <br />case. <br /> <br />Observation: <br /> <br />The Commission should provide a Park Dedication recommendation and also discuss <br />possible trail location along County Road 83 as well as Trail Fees. <br /> <br />A cash only Park Dedication would be $19,000~ with a cash only Trail Fee at $5,225. <br /> <br />The Commission may wish to discuss improvements to Autumn Heights Park utilizing a <br />portion of the above proceeds. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Based upon discussion <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br />Associate Planner <br /> <br />Copies to: <br />Monarch Homes <br /> <br />P&R: 04/10/03 <br /> <br /> <br />
