Staff will have a full copy of the Draft ~AUAR <br />at the meetin~ for your perusal. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff has been meeting with Ramsey Town Center LLC during the past six months to review the <br />design of the Ramsey Town Center. From a land use standpoint, Stafffinds the proposed sketch plan <br />for the Town Center acceptable. As is apparent, however, there are many issues that need to be <br />resolved prior to further approvals of the plan, especially regarding the provision of infrastructure <br />and rra~c improvements. Staff recommends that the Planning Commission review the sketch plan, <br />and subject to your commen~, forward the .plan to the City Council for their review. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to approve the sketch plan contingent upon compliance with Planning.
