iv. The Preliminary Plat and Site Plan shall be submiu:ed to the Town Center Review Board for its review and comment. Th.e Town Center Review Board shall review the proposed project for its comparibilSty with the Towr~ Center Master Plan and Development Guidelines and make a recommendation to th.e Planning CommSssion and City regarding the proposed development. The Plarming Commission shall hold a public heating on' the Preliminary Plat and Site Plan. The notice for public hear/rig shall be published in the official newspaper at least ten days, but not more than 30 days, pr/or to the public heating, at w?rich time the item will 'be heard. Notices will also be sent to property owners within 350 feet of the subject property. A writ-ten evaluation from the City staff shall be forwarded to the Planning Commission and ~e applicant prior to the public hearing. vii. Following the public heating, the Planning Commission shall submit in wr/tmg to the City Council its report, its findings, and [ts recommendation as to the appropriateness of the Preliminary Plat and Site Plan. ~iii. The Preliminary Plat and Site Plan shall be scheduled for a Council meeting w/thin 30 days after 'the submittal of the Plarming Commission meeting. The City Council shall approve, postpone, or disapprove the Preliminary Plat and Site Plan.
