There is a dirt driveway from both 153rd Avenue and Barium Street and the garage fronts on Barium Street. This property has a residence which faces a county road (C.R. #57), but has its address on the MSA street (6251 - 153rd Avenue). Its sole access drive is to 153rd Avenue. This property has a residence which faces the MSA road, but has its address on a county road (C.R. #56). Its main drive is onto 153rd/155th Avenue, but it has an out building drive onto C.R. #56. This property contains a commercial building. It has general access onto both 153rd/155th Avenue N.W. and C.R. #56. All four of these properties have similar situations. All residences front on a county road, have addresses on the county road and have sole accesses onto the county road. All have one or more frontages on subdivision streets. Recommendation: It is my recommendation that all of the above properties remain on the assessment rolls. All properties have frontages which contribute to the cost of maintaining City roadways. With the exception of 34-32-25-24-0021, these properties would never be required to contribute as would other lots in the neighborhood of which they are a part. In the case of 24-32-25-24-0021, it is my opinion that this lot is more appropriately assessed with the subdivision of which it is a part rather than when the MSA street receives maintenance.
