Minnesota Statutes 1994, section 120.17, <br /> <br />23 subdivision Sa, is amended to read: <br /> <br />24 <br /> <br />Subd. 5a. [SUMMER PROGRAMS.] A district may provide summer <br /> <br />25 programs for children with a disability living within the <br /> <br />26 district and nonresident children temporarily placed in the <br /> <br />27 district pursuant to subdivision 6 or 7 who are not enrolled in <br /> <br />28 a year-round educational program under section 120.1811. Prior <br /> <br />29 to March 31 or 30 days after the child with a disability is <br /> <br />30 placed in the district, whichever is later, the providing <br /> <br />31 district shall give notice to the district of residence of any <br /> <br />32 nonresident children temporarily placed in the district pursuant <br /> <br />33 to subdivision 6 or 7, of its intention to provide these <br /> <br />Section 1 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
