<br />       ~ s-files; 'this will not change the character of the area. Commissioner Holland felt that a
<br />       SuperAmerica on that corner would be wonderful, and this is a great opportunity to get a premiere
<br />       business in Ramsey.

<br />Builders, Inc.
<br />
<br />Zoning Administrator Frolik advised that Super Bowl, Inc., the fee title owner, and Fitzsimonds
<br />Builders, Inc, have applied to rezone Lot 6, Block 4 of Riverside West from B~3 Highway
<br />Business to R-1 Urban residential. She explained that upon approval of the rezoning, Fitzsimonds
<br />Builders, Inc. proposes to plat the property into three (3) residential lots.

<br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Holland to amend the findings
<br />of fact in the aff'mnative and recommend that City Council adopt the amended findings of fact
<br />relating to a request from Super Bowl, Inc. to rezone certain property from B-3 Highway Business
<br />to R-1 Urban Residential.
