Motion by Commissioner Holland and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to recommend that City <br />Council grant final plat approval to Business Park 95, a minor subdivision. <br /> <br />Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Holland, LaDue, Deemer, Hendriksen, Terry, <br />and Thorud. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #6: Information Item <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer noted that Mr. Gromberg's memorandum was in err wherein it indicates <br />that Outlots B and E of Tooth Acres are owned by the Anoka County Highway Department; it is <br />owned by Anoka County. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hendriksen pointed out that this memorandum did not address the concerns the <br />Planning Commission had at the time of the workshop, and he also noted that this memorandum <br />concerned the Planning Commission but was addressed to everyone but the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Case g7: Monthly Status Report <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer noted the omission of staff direction from the March 7, 1995 meeting <br />wherein a motion was made to draft an ordinance changing the subdivision sketch plan procedure <br />so that it goes to the Parks & Recreation Commission prior to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Case #8: Zoning Bulletin and Zoning News <br /> <br />This information was noted. <br /> <br />COMMISSION INPUT <br /> <br />1) Sketch Plan Review of Property Proposed to be Platted by Jim Deal <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik furnished the Planning Commission with a sketch plan submitted by <br />Jim Deal to plat property on Highway #10 just east of City Wide Garage. Mr. Deal is proposing to <br />plat the property into 4 or 5 commercial lots with 2 of the lots to be developed in the summer of <br />1995. Park dedication will most likely be cash payment. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Holland to grant approval of the <br />sketch plan for the property on Highway #10 east of City Wide Garage and recommend that the <br />developer proceed to apply for preliminary plat approval. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Holland, <br />Hendriksen, LaDue, Terry, and Thomd.
