15140 Juniper Ridge Dr ~]N
Ramsey, NN 55303
June 2, 1995

Ramsey Nunicipal Center
15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW
Ramsey, MN 55303

Ramsey Planning Commission Members:

I am responding by letter to Nr. Nike Bahn's request for a
hearing to store commercial vehicles and equipment in my
neighborhood because my job does not permit me to attend
the June 6, 1995 hearing at Ramsey Nunicipal Center. I
also have recorded a message on the TDD to state my feelings.

There really seems to be no sane reason to grant this permit.
Although I do not have small children living at my residence,
there are small children living in this neighborhood. Let us
remember this is a DeiMhborh~od. Also, I don't wish to con-
tend with the fears associated with these vehicles when I
have visitors with small children.

Heavy equipment does not help the road conditions leading
into our neighborhood. Will Mr. Bahn pay for additional
road repairs personally or will it be through increased
taxes?

General safety is at a risk. I have lived at this residence
for ten years and would like to continue to enjoy the free-
doms of such activities as bike riding, walking, running/
jogging, etc, without introducing unwanted danger. I have
paid for these freedoms with my tax dollars.

Sincerely,
