He indicated that the Board has met with Mr. Dennis
Peck of North Fork, Inc. and concerned homeowners in the area regarding North Fork's
application for a grading permit at Northfork Links.

The recommendations of the Architectural Review Committee regarding the grading permit
are as follows:

1. Whenever possible, the increase to building pad elevation should be restricted to 4
feet.

2. Be cognizant of draining runoff onto existing properties and lawns. The City
Engineer and North Fork's engineer should develop a plan to handle water runoff because
current catch basins are at a capacity

3. Limit home styles to ramblers and split entries; no 2-stories.

4. Keep the building pad placement 80 - 90 feet from Andrie Street.

5. The project, including restoration, should be accomplished in the shortest amount
of time.
