PUBLIC HEARING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, August 1, 1995 at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota to hear input <br />regarding a request to rezone certain property from B-3 Highway Business to R-1 Urban <br />Residential; case of Super Bowl, Inc. and Fitzsimonds Builders, Inc. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson David Bawden <br />Commissioner Ben Deemer <br />Commissioner Terry Hendriksen <br />Commissioner Paul Holland <br />Commissioner Charles LaDue <br />Commissioner Michael Terry <br /> <br />Members Absent: Commissioner Bradley Thomd <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden called the public heating to order at 7:35 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik explained that the City approved replatting the four lots upon which <br />the Super Bowl structure is located to one commercial lot and two residential lots. Therefore, the <br />two smaller lots need to be rezoned to R-1 Residential. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Holland and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to adjourn the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Commissioner Deemer inquired whether City Council approved the plat with <br />an agreement to move the recreational portion, and Ms. Frolik replied yes. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Holland, Deemer, <br />Hendriksen, LaDue, and Terry. Voting No: None.
