PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, September 5, 1995 at <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: Chairperson David Bawden <br /> Commissioner Ben Deemer <br /> Commissioner Terry Hendriksen <br /> Cornmassioner Charles LaDue <br /> Comrmssioner Paul Holland <br /> Commissioner Michael Terry (arrived at 7:33 p.m.) <br /> Commissioner Bradley Thomd <br /> <br />Also Present: City Engineer Steven Jankowski <br /> Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden called the regular Planning Commission meeting to order at 7:31 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Thomd and seconded by Commissioner Holland to approve the agenda <br />with the following amendment: <br /> <br />1) Add Case #9: Reschedule November Meeting of Planning Commission <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Thomd, Holland, Deemer, <br />Hendriksen, and LaDue. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Terry. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden adjourned the regular Planning Commission meeting at 7:33 p.m. in order to <br />conduct the following public hearings: <br /> <br />1) Request for a Home Occupation Permit; Case of Susan Maxson <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden called the regular Planning Commission meeting back to order at 7:35 p.m. <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Request for Site Plan Review; Case of Command Corporation <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik reported that Smith Architects has been contracted by Command <br />Corporation to design an office and manufacturing facility on Lot 2, Block 1, Business Park 95 <br />which is located on the northwest comer of McKinley Street and Sunfish Lake Boulevard.
