PUBLIC HEARING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, October 3, 1995 at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota to hear input <br />regarding a request to rezone certain property from B-3 Highway Business to R-1 Urban <br />Residential; case of L.A.N.D. Properties. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson David Bawden <br />Commissioner Ben Deemer <br />Commissioner Terry Hendriksen <br />Commissioner Charles LaDue <br />Commissioner Michael Terry <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Commissioner Paul Holland <br />Commissioner Bradley Thomd <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden called the public hearing to order at 7:35 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that Dana Grosslein of L.A.N.D. Properties has applied to <br />rezone that part of PIN 34-32-25-14-0017 lying south of Riverdale Drive N.W. from B-3 <br />Highway Business to R-1 Urban Residential. She explained that the subject property which is <br />adjacent to Riverview Estates has been bisected by the City's extension of Riverdale Drive, and the <br />property on the north side of Riverdale Drive will retain it's commercial zoning. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to adjourn the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, LaDue, Hendriksen, <br />and Terry. Voting No: None.
