Absent: Commissioner Holland. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission proceeded to review the terms of the permit. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to amend #23 to <br />read "a. Alternative roads are subject to the approval of the City Engineer. b. While hauling <br />operations are in progress, the permit holder shall maintain..." <br /> <br />Motion carded. Absent: Commissioner Holland. <br /> <br />With regard to an extension of time for the permit, it was the consensus of the Planning <br />Commission that the City Council should address that. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to recommend that <br />City Council approve North Fork's request for a conditional use permit to grade, import and export <br />soils from Outlot C, Northfork, and declare terms as amended. <br /> <br />Motion carded.
