<br />Councilmember Jeffrey introduced the following resolution and. moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-09-238 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR A UTILITIES <br />MAINTENANCE WORKER <br /> <br />. WHEREAS, in the 2007 General Fund Budget, the City Council created a new full-time <br />regular Utilities Maintenance Worker position; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Jeff Erickson was hired as a full-time regular Utilities Maintenance Worker <br />on February 28, 2007; and . <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Erickson has successfully completed the required she-month <br />probationary period; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its September 11, 2007 meeting <br />agreed with staffs recommendation to end the probationary period for Mr. Erickson. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the Personnel <br />Committee to end the probationary period for Jeff Erickson, effective August 28,2007, <br />. and to retain Mr. Erickson as a full-time regular Utilities Maintenance Worker. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Olson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: . <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Olson <br />Councilmember Dehen <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Look <br />Councilmember Strommen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br />
