Mayor Hardin stated that the City would notify interested parties (those who signed up on <br />the pad provided) of the meeting to discuss the assessment procedure. The benefitted <br />parties would also be notified when Council takes action on such procedure. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to close the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Peterson, Beyer, Beahen <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />The public hearing adjourned at 7:27 p.m. <br /> <br />Public Hearine <br /> <br />Improvement Project 4/95-05 - Nature View Addition <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin called the public hearing to order at 7:27 p.m. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />Gwyn Simpson, 15952 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, expressed concern about <br />living on a comer lot and being assessed twice. <br /> <br />Mr. Jankowski informed her that Nowthen Boulevard is a County Road and the County <br />has not had a policy of assessing for maintenance. <br /> <br />Ms. Simpson inquired if she didn't have to ever worry about being assessed for Nowthen <br />Boulevard. <br /> <br />Mr. Jankowski replied that the County's present policy is not to assess. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to close <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Peterson, Zimmerman, <br />Beahen and Beyer.
