CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, February 28, 1995, at <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Glen Hardin <br />Councilmember Carolyn Beahen <br />Councilmember Sheila Beyer (arrived approximately 7:15 p.m.) <br />Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Ryan Schroeder <br />Finance Officer Jessie Hart <br />City Engineer Steve Jankowski <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br />Attorney Gerry Randall <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:02 p.m. and led <br />in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />OATH OF OFFICE <br /> <br />Police Chief Mike Auspos introduced Police Officer Gary Voit. Mr. Gerry Randall of <br />Randall, Dehn & Goodrich issued the oath of office to Officer Voit. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />City Administrator Schroeder reported that Mr. Elwyn Tinklenberg, who was scheduled to <br />make a presentation (Case #1) had to reschedule; therefore, Case #1 should be deleted from <br />the agenda. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to approve <br />the agenda as amended. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Peterson, Beahen, Peterson <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Beyer. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />City Administrator Schroeder announced that Don Powell had retracted his request for a <br />public hearing for a liquor license; therefore, Item #7 should be removed from the Consent <br />Agenda. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Peterson to <br />approve the following items on the Consent Agenda: <br /> <br />City Council/February 28, 1995 <br /> Page 2 of 14 <br /> <br /> <br />
