Councilmember Beyer inquired if it is intended to bring the lines in from the rear of the
subdivision.

Mr. Jankowski replied that ifs intended that the water comes in off of County Road #5.

Mr. Schroeder stated that when the issue of Fox Knoll came up in January, we suggested
then that water lines were being constructed. We looked at alternatives - different location
through the school property - run it north of Haubrich or run it down 151st Lane. It was
proposed that 151st Lane be used and further that we use the north boulevard to save
pavement. The intent would be to go around the trees. Short of this petition, it would be
the proposal to develop this water line as a trunk line; no access or assessment of water
line. Because of this petition, should this go forward and Council decide to do the public
improvement, that would change configuration of the project. In order to do Fox Knoll,
it's not intended that that occur.

Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Mayor Hardin to adopt Resolution
#95-04-083 receiving petition and calling for a feasibility study on Improvement Project
#95-14 (Municipal sanitary sewer and water extension to Haubrich Addition).

Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Peterson and Beahen.
Voting No: Councilmembers Beyer and Zimmerman.

MAYOR AND COUNCIL INPUT

1) Survey proposed by Anoka High School Students

City Administrator Schroeder reported that Staff met with some students of Anoka High
School who are residents of Ramsey. They are interested in doing a citizen survey. He
informed Council that they would be receiving information on what the draft survey will
be. Council comments are welcomed.

2) Becky Weiss Bike Road-eo

Councilmember Beyer reminded the Councilmembers that their fair share to purchase a bike
to be given away at the Road-ex) is $28.

ADJOURNMENT

Motion by Councilmember Beahen and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adjourn the
meeting.

Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Beahen, Beyer, Peterson
and Zimmerman. Voting No: None.

The regular meeting of the City Council adjourned at 10:14 p.m.

Respectfully~ .

City Administrator

City Council/April 25, 1995
