She listed some of the issues as
landfill activities, development issues and the road and drainage situation in Hunter's Hill.
In all that time, they've been very conscious of coming to meetings prepared with solid
facts relating directly to the issues concerning them. She stated she is present tonight to
express another group of constituents thoughts about the statements made about Mayor
Hardin. These accusations are seen as yellow journalistic tactics, employed to discredit the
Mayor, that border on slander and should not be given credibility unless backed up by a
solid set of facts, not suspicion and not feelings. These accusations are frivolous and
without merit and lack a fitctual basis. Lending city funds or credibility to factless, baseless
statements or accusations is contemptible and unconscionable.

APPROVE AGENDA

City Attorney Goodrich announced that Case #15 pertains to a lawsuit - McLafferty versus
the City of Ramsey relating to a group home.

Councilmember Beyer suggested moving Case//15 after the Mayor and Council input since
that case is closed to the public.

Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to approve
the agenda as presented with moving Case #15 to the end.

Motion carried.
