COUNCIL BUSINESS/PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Case #1: Introduce Proposed Ordinance Vacating a Portion of the <br /> Drainage and Utility Easements Across Lots 4 and 5, Block 2, <br /> River's Bluff Second Addition <br /> <br />City Administrator Schroeder stated that the owners of Lots 4 and 5, Block 2, of River's <br />Bluff 2nd Addition have requested the vacation of the drainage and utility easement that <br />runs along the common property line of the identified lots. This vacation is required to <br />facilitate the proposed home to be constructed on both of the lots. He reported that the City <br />Engineer reviewed the proposed vacation and indicated there is sufficient area remaining for <br />drainage requirements. <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:09 p.m. in order <br />to conduct the public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to close the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmember Peterson, Beahen, Beyer and <br />Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />The public hearing closed at 7:09 p.m. <br /> <br />{~0un¢il Business <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin called the regular portion of the City Council meeting back to order at 7:09 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to introduce <br />the ordinance authorizing vacation of the drainage and utility easements dedicated along the <br />common lot line of Lots 4 and 5, Block 2, River's Bluff 2nd Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Peterson, Beahen, Beyer <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #2: <br /> <br />Public Hearing for Improvement Project #95-14; the <br />Construction of Sanitary Sewer, Watermain, Storm Sewer to <br />tlaubrich Addition <br /> <br />City Engineer Jankowski stated that the feasibility study has been prepared for the <br />extension and construction of sanitary sewer, watermain and storm sewer to Haubrich <br />Addition.
