CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, August 22, 1995, at <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Glen Hardin <br />Councilmember Carolyn Beahen <br />Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Members Absent: Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Ryan Schroeder <br />Finance Officer $cssic Hart <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:03 p.m. and led <br />in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION OF COMMUNITY SERVICE AWARD TO CHAD <br />BARNETT <br /> <br />Mayor Hardin presented a Community Service Award to Chad Barnett for the bluebird <br />houses he built on the Lake Itasca Trail. He encouraged everyone to walk the trail and see <br />Chad's work. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to <br />approve the agenda as presented. <br /> <br />Motion carded. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Beahen and <br />Beyer. Voting No: None. Absent: Councilmember Peterson. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />City Adminis~ator Schroeder asked to remove an item from the Consent Agenda: Item gq): <br />Adopt Resolution receiving bids and awarding contract for Improvement Project g95-18; <br />the construction of watermain and sanitary sewer to service the proposed River/47 Plaza <br />Addition. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beahen and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to approve the <br />following items on the Consent Agenda: <br /> <br />City Council/August 22, 1995 <br /> Page 2 of 13 <br /> <br /> <br />
