Goodrich, City A~torney <br />COMMERCIAL VEHICLE STORAGE <br />CITY CODE PROVISIONS <br />September 20, 1995 <br /> <br />I have reviewed the proposed Code language regarding the parking <br />of eq]/ipment and vehicles in residential districts. I am <br />suggesting that proposed paragraphs e. and f. be redrafted to read <br />as follows: <br /> <br />In the Urban Residential District no outside storage of <br />any motor vehicles or. equipment shall be permitted EXCEPT <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Currently licensed motor vehicles may be stored <br />outside. <br /> <br />Equipment, the primary, purpose of which is for <br />residential/private transportation use or personal <br />recreational use may b~ stored outside, but then <br />only if parked on a bituminous paved or concrete <br />surface. <br /> <br />In the Rural Residential District, on parcels less than <br />three (3) acres in size, no outside storage of any motor <br />vehicle or equipment shal~ be permitted, EXCEPT as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. Currently licensed vehicles may be stored outside. <br /> <br />One unlicensed motor vehicle may be stored outside. <br /> <br />Equipment, the primar~ purpose of which is for <br />residential/private transportation use or personal <br />recreational use may be stored outside. <br /> <br />In the Rural Residential District on parcels three (3) <br />acres in size or larger, no outside storage of any motor <br />vehicle or equipment shall be permitted, EXCEPT as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1.
