<br />to amend Section 9.02 (Definitions), and 9.03 (Administration) of Chapter 9 of the Ramsey City

<br />Community Development Director Frolik stated that on June 26, 2001, the City issued a
<br />conditional use permit to St. Paul Terminals to operate a recycling processing facility for metals
<br />and landscape timbers at 14050 Basalt Street NW (site formerly occupied by Danny's Aluminum
