<br />      The City of Ramsey Ordains:      ~
<br />      SECTION 1. AUTHORITY          /
<br />  This Ordinance is adopted pursuant ) that authority granted to the City by MSA
<br />462.355, Subd. 4, entitled "Interim Ordi ante.'

<br />  SECTION 2. PREAMBLE AND PURPO.
<br />    WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey is part
<br />and employment; and

<br />    WHEREAS, Mn/DOT, Anoka County,
<br />Northwest Metro Corridor and River C~

<br />    WHEREAS, the City Council finds tha
