PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, October 4, 1994 at <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson David Bawden <br />Commissioner Ben Deemer <br />Commissioner Terry Hendriksen <br />Commissioner Paul Holland <br />Commissioner Charles LaDue <br />Commissioner Michael Terry <br />Commissioner Bradley Thorud <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Engineer Steven JankoWski <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden called the regular Planning Commission meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Thorud to approve the agenda <br />as presented. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Thorud, <br />Hendriksen, Holland, LaDue, and Terry. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />APPROVE PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Holland to approve the <br />following Planning Commission minutes: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Public Hearing minutes regarding a request for a conditional use permit to store <br />commercial vehicles and equipment in the R-1 Rural Residential District; case of Gordon <br />Hicks, dated August 2, 1994. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Public Hearing minutes regarding a request for preliminary plat approval of Chestnut Ridge <br />2nd Addition; case of Good Value Homes, dated August 2, 1994. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />Planning Commission regular meeting minutes dated August 2, 1994, amended as follows: <br />Insert in Case #2 - Request for Sketch Plan Review of Willow Ridge; Case of Gary <br />Gorham: "Commissioner Deemer suggested redesigning the lots adjacent to Gorham's <br />Sandy Acres to be wider with less depth, giving the perception of less density." <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />Public Hearing minutes regarding a request for preliminary plat approval of Northfork <br />Oaks; case of North Fork, Inc., dated August 11, 1994. <br /> <br />Planning Commission/October 4, 1994 <br /> Page 1 of 10 <br /> <br /> <br />
