PUBLIC HEARING <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, November <br />1, 1994 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota <br />to hear input regarding a request for preliminary plat approval of Townhouses of Rum River Hills; <br />case of WilbUr Dom and Thomas Anderson. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson David Bawden <br />Commissioner Benjamin Deemer <br />Commissioner Terry Hendriksen <br />Commissioner Paul Holland <br />Commissioner Charles LaDue <br />Commissioner Bradley Thomd <br /> <br />Members Absent: Commissioner Michael Terry <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Engineer Steven Jankowski <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden called the public hearing to order at 7:40 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that Wilbur Dorn and Thomas Anderson are requesting <br />preliminary plat approval of "Townhouses of Rum River Hills" which is proposed to replat Lot 1, <br />Block 2 and Outlot C, Rum River Hills into 12 townhouse lots. The 12 units would be served by <br />individual on-site septic systems and wells. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Holland and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to adjourn the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Holland, Deemer, <br />Hendriksen, LaDue, and Thorud. Voting No: None.
