He could see no problem <br />with convcrting the pool to an accessory structurc. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Deemer and seconded by Board Member Holland to allow the structure <br />to exist where it sits but no closer, modifying term 4 of Resolution g93-09-172 to read".., will <br />be granted a maximum variance of 7 feet from the setback requirement on the south property line <br />for the purpose of constructing the accessory structure." <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Hendriksen, Board Members Deemer, Holland, <br />Bawden, LaDue, Terry, and Thorud.
