CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, January 25, 1994, at <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor James Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br />Councilmember Olen Hardin <br />Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Ryan Schroeder <br />Finance Officer Jessie Hart <br />City Engineer Steven Jankowski <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson called the regular City Council meeting to order at 7:04 p.m. and led in <br />the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />City Administrator Schroeder asked to remove Case #5: Adopt Proposed Ordinance <br />Vacating Drainage and Utility Easements Along the East Border of Lot 2, Block 1, and the <br />West Border of Lot 1, Block 1, of Trott Brook Ridge Addition, as Staff has not had the <br />chance to .speak with the developer regarding the second easement. <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik asked to remove Case g'/: Proposal for Townhouses of Rum <br />River Hills; Case of Wilbur Dom, at the applicant's request. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to approve the <br />agenda as amended. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Beyer, Hardin <br />and Zimmerman.
