Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS/PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Modify Development Program for Development District No. 1; <br />Modify Tax Increment Financing Plan for TIF District No. 2 <br /> <br />Mayor Oilbertson closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:02 p.m. in <br />order to conduct the public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearine <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />City Administrator Schroeder stated that Staff presented the proposed modifications in the <br />Development Program and Tax Increment Financing Plan to Anoka County and furnished <br />School District #11 with a copy of the proposal, and received no comments from either <br />party. Mi'. Schroeder explained that the changes are to provide for residential property <br />development and utility site improvements within the proposed plat of Sunfish Square. <br />The Tax Increment funds received will cover approximately $152,000 in site improvements <br />and $1.3 million in utility system improvements. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to close the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
