Voting No: CouncilmemberBeyer. <br /> <br />Case #$: Highway #10 Beautification Project Agreement <br /> <br />City Administrator Schroeder explained that Council has authorized entering into a joint <br />project with Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) for the beautification of <br />Highwayr#10, and therefore, he is submitting for review the Landscape Partnership Permit <br />and Agr~ ment pertaining to this project which has already been approved by MnDOT. <br /> <br />City Att°racy Goodrich noted that paragraph 10 of the agreement states that MnDOT has <br />the ability to take the land back without compensation to the City. <br /> <br />Motion bY Councilmember Hardin and seconded by Mayor Gilbertson to authorize the City <br />Administrator to enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota Department of <br />Transportation. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Hardin, Beyer, <br />Peterson, and Zimmerman.
