CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, May 24, 1994, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor James Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br />Councilmember Glen Hardin <br />Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator Ryan Schroeder <br />Finance Officer Jessie Hart <br />City Engineer Steven Jankowski <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson called the regular meeting of the City Council to order at 7:00 p.m. and <br />led in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Bev Kuehn, 17836 Sodium Street N.W., Ramsey (Green Valley Estates) stated she would <br />like to address the issue of the street lights in Green Valley Estates Second Addition. <br /> <br />Council suggested she address the issue during the public hearing. <br /> <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br /> <br />City Administrator Schroeder asked to add Case #8: Personnel Issue (Closed Case). <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Hardin to approve <br />the agenda as amended. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gilbertson, Councilmembers Peterson, Hardin, Beyer <br />and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to approve the <br />following items on the Consent Agenda: <br /> <br />1) <br />2) <br />3) <br />4) <br /> <br />6) <br /> <br />Receive Administrative Services Monthly Report for April 1994. <br />Receive Parks/Utilities Report for April 1994 <br />Receive Fire Department Monthly Report for April 1994 <br />Receive Police Department Monthly Report for April 1994 <br />Receive City-wide Curbside Recycling Report for April 1994. <br />Note the following Board, Committee and Commission Meeting Minutes: <br />a.
