Motion by Councilmember Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to close <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Hardin, Zimmerman, Beyer and Peterson. <br />Voting No: None. Abstain: Mayor Gilbertson <br /> <br />The public hearing adjourned at 7:08 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Police Chief Auspos stated that the application is for the Big Shot Cafe which is located at <br />6937 Highway #10 N.W. (Lally's). He stated that the investigation is complete and <br />everything is in order. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Zimmerman to <br />approve the SCD, Inc. liquor license application (On-sale/Sunday sales intoxication liquor <br />license) for the property located at 6937 Highway #10 N.W. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Hardin, Zimmerman, Beyer and Peterson. <br />Voting No: None. Abstain: Mayor Gilbertson. <br /> <br />Case #2: Approval of On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License Renewals <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hardin and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to approve the <br />following on-sale intoxicating liquor license renewals for the 1994-1995 license year: <br />J.R.'s Saloon, The Links at Northfork, McDuff's Eatery & Pub and Super Bowl. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Councilmembers Hardin, Beyer, Peterson and Zimmerman. <br />Voting No: None. Abstain: Mayor Gilbertson. <br /> <br />Councilmember Peterson turned the meeting back over to Mayor Gilbertson. <br /> <br />Case #3: Request for Final Plat Approval of Wood Pond Hills 4th <br /> Addition; Case of WPH Properties, Inc. <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that WPH Properties, Inc. is requesting final plat <br />approval of Wood Pond Hills 4th Addition. This fourth phase of Wood Pond Hills <br />consists of 16 urban residential lots. There will be a fifth phase. The public improvements <br />will be installed as a private project with no financial participation on the part of the City. <br />The park dedication will consist of a cash contribution. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Mayor Gilbertson to adopt <br />Resolution g94-06-134 granting final plat approval to Wood Pond Hills 4th Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
