Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS/PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Second Reading and Adoption of an Ordinance Amending <br />Chapter 4 of the City Code, Adding Section 4.41 to be known <br />as the Street Lighting Section of the City Code <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson adjourned the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:03 p.m. in <br />order to conduct the public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearine <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson called the public hearing to order at 7:03 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Finance Officer Hart stated that the proposed ordinance amending Chapter 4 of the City <br />Code, adding section 4.41 to be known as the Street Lighting Utilities Section, was <br />presented for the first reading on May 24, 1994. There have been some grammatical and <br />format changes made that were recommended by the City Attorney and the originally <br />proposed Section 4.41.06 Penalties has been deleted.
