September 26, 1994 <br /> <br />Ryan Schroeder <br />City Administrator <br />City of Ramsey <br />15153 Nowthen Blvd NW <br />Ramsey, MN 55303 <br /> <br />Re: Improvement Project #94-21 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Schroeder: <br /> <br />We are unable to attend the public hearing tomorrow evening regarding the <br />Improvement Project #94-21 for the installation of street lights in the Pine Cove <br />Addition, because our graduate program class meets on Tuesday evenings. <br /> <br />We would like to state our support for the improvement project. Our home was <br />burglarized in November last year. We believe that the installation of street lights will <br />decrease the likelihood of burglaries and other crimes, and increase the safety of our <br />neighborhood.
