I <br /> I <br />'1 <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />subject property or by ordering the administrator/clerk to extend such sums, plus <br />25% thereof as a special tax against thc property upon which the smacture is located <br />and to certify the same to the county auditor for collection in the manner as taxes <br />and special assessments are certified and collected. <br /> <br />Subd. <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />2 Procedure - Accessory Structure <br /> <br />An applicant seeking to move an accessory structure larger than 280 square feet into <br />or within the City shall file an application and supply photographs of the structure <br />to City Staff. The applicant shall f'fie appropriate application and escrow fees. <br /> <br />Staff shall review the application and inform the applicant of approval or denial in <br />writing. The decision of Staff to deny or approve the application is final. <br /> <br />Subd. 3 Exclusions <br /> <br />Exclusions shall be prefabricated framed panels for dwellings approved by the State <br />of Minnesota. <br /> <br />Subd. 4 Fees, Escrows and Financial Guarantees <br /> <br />ao <br /> <br />The City Council shall establish the amount of application and escrow fees and <br />financial guarantees by resolution. <br /> <br />The applicant and/or fee title owner of the subject property shall be responsible for <br />all costs incurred by the City, which expenses shall include but not be limited to <br />expenses for engineering, legal and administration. Said expenses shall be paid <br />within fifteen (15) days of billing by the City. Failure to pay the City expenses <br />within fifteen (15) days will permit the City to draw upon any of the escrows <br />required by the City. <br /> <br />c.
