This is to include design <br />features such of soffit and facia and eave overhang. <br /> <br />On parcels of land 100,001 sq. ft. in size and greater, all detached <br />accessory buildings shall have a design and exterior facing finish which <br />is compatible (similar in appearance and color) with that of the principal <br />structure as determined by the building official.
