A perpetual easement for roadway and utility purposes over, under, across and through part of the following described property: That ~Part of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota lying westerly of the centerline of Trunk Highway No..~7 (AKA. St. Francis Boulevard Northwest) and lying southerly of the following desc~ibexl line: Beginning at a point on said centerline distant 1,083 feet northerly of the sou' line of said Northwest Quarter (as measured along said centerline); thence westerly. parallel with said south line to the west line of said East Half of Northwest Quarter and therer terminating.
