This is a "T~ intersection with stop signs on two of the comers now. <br /> <br />The addition of a stop sign to the remaining COmer is advisable for a number of reasons. <br /> Makes the intersection a 3 way stop, eliminating any possible confusion about whether <br /> traffic approaching from any direction has to stop. <br /> Will reduce the speed of traffic on Waco, which has been a continuing problem. <br /> Dudng the winter months when the intersection is icy it will reduce the danger to traffic <br /> stopped at the "-I'" waiting to make a left. tum onto Waco. A lot of traffic approaching the <br /> intersection from the north on Waco has difficulty making this comer, without swinging into <br /> the oncoming lane, under good conditions because of the speed they are traveling as they <br /> approach the intersection. <br /> <br />I firmly believe the addition of a stop sign will be a positive move, and urge you to give it consideration. <br /> <br />Thank You, <br /> <br />Ramlel.doc <br /> <br /> <br />
