Voting No: None. <br /> <br />NOTE CITy COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer requested that the Highway #10 Corridor Study be placed on the <br />status repoi't for Planning and Zoning until the Commission reviews it. <br /> <br />The Commission noted the following City Council meeting minutes: <br /> <br />1) Cit9 Council public hearing and regular meeting minutes dated October 13, 1992. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Public Hearing minutes regarding Proposed Ordinance to Amend Chapter 9 <br />(Zoning and Subdivision of Land) of the Ramsey City Code, Section 9.20.22 (B~2 <br />Business District). <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />Public Hearing minutes regarding a request for a Conditional Use Permit <br />Ambndment to Manufacture Aggregate in the Business Warehouse District; Case of <br />Commercial Asphalt. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Request for Sketch Plan Review of Bona Addition; A Minor <br /> Subdivision; Case of John Bona <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that the City has received an application from John <br />Bona for a[minor subdivision. The availability of municipal water and sanitary sewer <br />resulting from the development of Ramsey Meadows to the east of the subject property has <br />precipitated Mr. Bona to subdivide his property into four (4) single family urban residential <br />lots. Ms. l~rolik informed the Commission that all four of the lots meet the minimum <br />dimension and area requirements for the Urban Residential District. Park dedication will <br />consist of a~cash payment. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Holland to approve the <br />sketch plan and recommend that City Council grant final plat approval to Bona Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Holland, <br />Hendriksen, LaDue, Terry and Thorud.
