Absent: None. <br />NOTE CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br />The Commission noted the following City Council meeting minutes: <br /> <br /> 1) City Council public hearing and regular meeting minutes dated January 26, 1993. <br /> <br />2) City C~ouncil public hearing and regular meeting minutes dated February 9, 1993. <br /> <br /> COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Review Revised Preliminary Plat for Chestnut Hill <br /> <br />Zoning Adrrfi;nistrator Frolik stated that three of the four phases in the Chestnut Hill preliminary <br />plat have bee,n platted. The developer, Good Value Homes, has acquired approximately 1.7 acres <br />of additional land, increasing the overall number of lots in the plat from 100 to 102. All lots meet <br />the minimut~ size and area requirements. The developer has also redesigned the street coming <br />from Cedar Ilills to the south into the plat of Chestnut Hill as a through street, and they have <br />submitted a revised preliminary plat. <br /> <br />7) <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer inquired whether a public hearing was required for this revision. <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik stated that since the change consists of only two lots, it is not substantial enough to <br />necessitate a l~ublic hearing. <br /> <br />Commission°r Deemer commented that the street lay-out made a lot of sense.
