'-, - '"' .; PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 4, 1993 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, MN 55303. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a proposed ordinance amendment to Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 (Zoning and Subdivision), Sections 9.02 (Definitions) and 5ection 9.11.02 , (Accessory Uses). The proposed amendment is summarized as follows: Section 9.11.02: lot size areas for deter- mining the amount of allowable accessory structure space is being converted from acres to square feet. The lot size threshold for metal accessory buildings is being reduced from 2.5 acres to approximately 2.29 acres. Perlor, mance standards consisting of soffit, facia and eave overhang would be required for metal buildings constructed within 75 feet of property lines. . Section 9.02: The definition of 'accessory building' is modified to clarify that the primary accessory structure is the attached garage, and in the absence of an attached garage, the initial detached garage constructed on a. property. The definition 'lot, minimum area of' I is being modified to exclude the right-of.way from area computation. A definition for 'personal services' is being added. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the proposed ordinance amendment. A copy of the proposed ordinance in its entirety is available upon request. Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, MN 55303. Written comments shall be received at the above address prior to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 4,1993.
