<br />'-, - '"' <br /> <br />.; <br /> <br />PRINTER'S AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Notice is hereby given that the City of <br />Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission will <br />hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 4, <br />1993 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />MN 55303. <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider a <br />proposed ordinance amendment to Ramsey <br />City Code Chapter 9 (Zoning and Subdivision), <br />Sections 9.02 (Definitions) and 5ection 9.11.02 <br />, (Accessory Uses). The proposed amendment is <br />summarized as follows: <br />Section 9.11.02: lot size areas for deter- <br />mining the amount of allowable accessory <br />structure space is being converted from acres <br />to square feet. The lot size threshold for metal <br />accessory buildings is being reduced from 2.5 <br />acres to approximately 2.29 acres. Perlor, <br />mance standards consisting of soffit, facia and <br />eave overhang would be required for metal <br />buildings constructed within 75 feet of <br />property lines. <br />. Section 9.02: The definition of 'accessory <br />building' is modified to clarify that the primary <br />accessory structure is the attached garage, and <br />in the absence of an attached garage, the <br />initial detached garage constructed on a. <br />property. The definition 'lot, minimum area of' I <br />is being modified to exclude the right-of.way <br />from area computation. A definition for <br />'personal services' is being added. <br />All interested persons are invited to attend <br />the hearing and comment on the proposed <br />ordinance amendment. A copy of the <br />proposed ordinance in its entirety is available <br />upon request. <br />Written comments are welcome and shall <br />be addressed to the Ramsey Planning and <br />Zoning Commission, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. <br />N.W., Ramsey, MN 55303.
