Absent: <br />Commiss!oner Hendriksen. <br /> <br />WORKSHOP BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #11 Review of Proposed Amendments to City Code Section <br /> 9.11.02 (Accessory Uses) <br /> <br />Zoning Aflminlstrator Frolik stated that the items for discussion will be minimum lot size <br />for pole ~dings and storage of unlicensed vehicles. ,Ms. Frolik included a summary of <br />the most recent version of the proposed amendments to.the accessory uses section of the <br />City Codg. The Subcommittee proceeded to review the amendments one by one. <br /> <br />1) Tl~e definition of'accessory building' was amended to clarify that attached garages <br /> are considered accessory buildings and that the primary accessory building would <br /> be the attached garage or in the absence thereof, the initial detached garage <br /> constructed on a property.
