PUBLIC HEARING <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey pltrming and Zoning Commission conducted a continuance of the October 5, 1993 <br />public hearing on Thursday, November 4, 1993 at the Ramscy Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />Boulevard NiW., Ramsey, Minnesota to hear input regarding a request for preliminary plat <br />approval of Chesmut Ridge; case of John Petcrson, Good Value Homes. <br /> <br />Members PreSent: <br /> <br />Chairperson David Bawden <br />Commissioner Benjamin Deemer <br />Commissioner Paul Holland <br />Commissioner Charles LaDue <br />Commissioner Michael Terry <br />Commissioner Terry Hendrikscn <br />Commissioner Bradley Thorud <br /> <br />Also Present:, <br /> <br />City Engineer Steven Jankowski <br />Project Manager James Gromberg <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden called the public hearing to order at 7:34 p.m. <br />PRESENT/~TION <br /> <br />City Enginee~ lankowski stated the proposed plat consists of 12 single family lots with the entirety <br />of Krypton St~reet.being platted as a cul-de-sac coming out at the Wood Pond Hills subdivision. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Holland to recess the public <br />hearing until a representative of Good Value Homes is present. <br /> <br />Motion earrig~ d. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, Holland, <br />Hendriksen, ~aDUe, Terry, and Thorud.
