He explained <br />that he has been in contact with the developer about Krypton Street, which was initially platted as a <br />cul-de-sac corging out at the Wood Pond Hills subdivision, and they now feel it is feasible to have <br />Krypton Streit proceed as a through street across the ditch. <br /> <br />John Peterson, Good Value Homes, stated they were prepared to proceed with a new preliminary <br />plat showing Krypton Street as a through street going across the creek if that is what is desired. <br />They are willii~g t° do it either way but need to know what is acceptable. He discussed the cul-de- <br />sac vs. a throttgh street and how it affects the preliminary plat. <br /> <br />Gary Passe, Passe Engineering, explained how the plat would be revised to have Krypton Street <br />go across the( creek, with the DNR's permission, with a turn-around when the alignment of <br />Sunwood Drive is determined.
