BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey:Board of Adjustment reconvened their regular meeting from August 19, 1993 on <br />Tuesday, September 7, 1993 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., <br />Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present <br /> <br />Chairperson Terry Hendriksen <br />Board Member David Bawden <br />Board Member Benjamin Deemer <br />Board Member Paul Holland <br />Board Member Charles LaDue <br />Board Member Michael Terry <br />Board Member Bradley Thorud <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairperson:Hendriksen reconvened the regular Board of Adjustment meeting at 8:19 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Thomd and seconded by Board Member Holland to approve the agenda <br />as presented. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Hendriksen, Board Members Thorud, Holland, <br />Bawden, Deemer, LaDue, and Terry. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />Chairperson 'Hendriksen adjourned the regular Board of Adjustment meeting at 8:20 p.m. in order <br />to conduct the following public hearing: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />Request for a variance to construct an accessory structure that will be nearer the front <br />property line than the principal structure and that will encroach on the thoroughfare setback; <br />case of James McChesney. <br /> <br />Chairperson Hendriksen called the regular Board of Adjustment meeting back to order at 8:25 p.m. <br /> <br />BOARD BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: <br /> <br />Request for a Variance from Minimum Street Frontage Requirements; <br />Case of Lynn Mortenson <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik addressed the Board's concerns from the August 19, 1993 meeting: <br />1) The City Attorney advised that a land split wherein the resulting parcels are greater than 20 acres <br /> <br />Board of Adjustment/September 7, 1993 <br /> Page I of 7 <br /> <br /> <br />
