Case #4: <br /> <br />Rezoning of Certain Properties in the City from Industrial to BW <br />Zoning in Conjunction with the Adult Bookstore. <br /> <br />This case was tabled in conjunction with Case #3 until the meeting of May 12, 1993. <br /> <br />STAFF INPUT <br /> <br />A) Update on MUSA Expansions. We discussed the fact that there are some requirements for <br />future MUSA boundary expansions in the City at this time and most likely will not be requesting <br />any expansions under these requirements until approximately early 1994. <br /> <br />B) The Business Advisory Committee met on April 7, 1993, and discussed their plan of action <br />for improvir/g the aesthetics for the industrial area. They will present their "game plan" to City <br />Staff. <br /> <br />COMMISSION INPUT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Gorecki and seconded by Commissioner Fults to include motions and/or <br />recommendations from the EDC with the case background material for cases that appear on the <br />City Council agenda. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Wagner, Commissioners Fults, Gorecki, Greenberg, <br />Nelson, Schfoeder and Ullen. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Kent. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Fults and seconded by Commissioner Nelson to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
